Screen Printed Drawstring Cotton Bags

Using a manual or automatic carousel the bags are printed from 1 colour through to 4 spot colours. Your artwork is transferred onto a mesh screen which ink is pulled through to apply to the bags, heat is then used to cure the print. The benefits of screen printing are when a large quantity of bags is required within a short lead time. Subject to your design, either water-based ink or plastisol inks will be used.
